When is my order accepted?
When we email your shipping confirmation. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a vase is out of stock or the order looks fraudulent.
What about prices?
Shown in US dollars on each product page. Shipping appears before you pay; sales tax is added where required. If we list a wrong price we'll contact you before charging anything different.
Are the vases identical to the photos?
Close. They're thrown by hand, so heights vary slightly and glaze pooling differs from one to the next. That isn't a defect.
