How a vase gets packed

Small vases are sturdy in use and fragile in a parcel. Each one is wrapped in plain kraft paper, twice around the neck, then set upright in a box with crumpled paper packed into every gap.

The test before a box is taped: shake it. If anything moves, more paper goes in.

If a vase still arrives chipped or cracked, send a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it. You don't need to send the broken one back.
